WHAT IS YOUR QUOTE PER ORDER?
The pricing varies on the orders depending on the cost of supplies, time invested, & the complexity of it. If you would like to discuss further options, we can converse the details once you are prepared & ready to submit your order!

IS THERE ANY UPFRONT DEPOSIT?
You can set up a payment plan, but each order can differ when you are going through my shops, located above, fourth tab under Shops.

I also use PayPal / Venmo / Cash App as an alternative, depending on the commission.

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you have submitted your order & wish to cancel it due to personal reasoning, please be sure to notify me, so I am able to discuss with you about possible solutions for the cancellation.

I am only able to take on a few orders at a time & it won't be submitted until both the artist and customer have finalized everything.
I HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY & IT IS NON-NEGOTIABLE ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.

However, it is understandable when personal situations occur.
Again, if you would like to discuss your reasoning for canceling the order, please notify me so we are able to communicate possible solutions!

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER
Once the order has been finalized AFTER alterations, you will receive an email from me containing a copy of your invoice/receipt through either Etsy, Ko-Fi, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App.

Then there will be a Zipped Folder attached to the order that you will be able to download and extract the files to your personal folder.

If you do happen to run into any common or uncommon issues, please be sure to screenshot what you have received, and provide your order number to help navigate to resolve the matter effectively. From there, I will be able to replace and re-send the proper files needed.
